I explained via text how I was uncomfortable filling out her forms outside of the Airbnb platform, but she still refused to clarify why she had no access to Airbnb. She never called me and never explained why she had no access to the Airbnb platform. Very unprofessional. I am awaiting my reimbursement from Airbnb, but what causes an "investigation" with Airbnb and the property is no longer available for rent, seems very sketchy to me. I have never had such a bad experience trying to stay at a property.
