Made contact with Whitetail plumbing about 11 am on 3-2-26. At 2:20 two young men from Whitetail plumbing were at my door. The problem was found within 30 minutes. A broken connection between house clean out and city clean out. The plumbers were courteous and respectful. The bill was within reason for the work and parts needed. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I'm sending this review out as a public service announcement for those who use C and C Plumbing for…read moretheir plumbing needs or plan to.   On Friday night (April 11, 2026) I had discovered a leak under my kitchen sink and called C and C Plumbing. They said they would send a person out the next day and being that it would be a Saturday, I'd have to pay the overtime rate (which happened to be an additional $25.00). That was fine. The next morning the plumber arrived and assessed the leak problem. I had explained to him that we had had a garbage disposal removed approximately a year and a half earlier by his company. After he had replaced 4 inches of PVC pipe to the sink's drain, he explained that the pipe that was attached to the sink after the garbage disposal was removed was cut too short and that between gravity and the weight of the water after time caused the pipe to detach resulting in the leak. It took 1/2 hour to complete the job. On Monday morning, (April 20) I received a bill for $152.00. When I called to tell them I thought the bill was too high, particularly since the problem was initiated by their lack of "professional" workmanship, I was told that the removal of my sink's garbage disposal happened more than a year ago and that they weren't responsible due to the time frame and I should have called sooner. What difference does the time frame make? The replacement part didn't wear out. It was improperly measured and cut and then replaced. And by the way, why would I call sooner when no problem existed? I wasn't asking for a free service call, just a fair price in their billing for something that shouldn't have happened had the initial job been done correctly. When I brought up a reduction in the bill I was told that wasn't possible and that if this bill wasn't paid, they'd refer it to a collection agency. I guess we'll see where this goes. Otherwise, the next stop will be a letter of complaint to the Better Business bureau.

The comical part of that is; that issue was not what prompted my call to Cobb Roofing for a quote. Sadly I had given up all hope on having this huge cosmetic+ issue fixed before`24's stormier seasons, if at all. During an immediate call back from Joan on another matter, she's a great communicator, I was inadvertently made aware of Cobb's vast roofing experience and ability. Our metal roof, porch/ 2nd floor decking with all the trimming repairs came true. **PLEASE READ BEFORE WORKING W THIS COMPANY & READ UPDATE**Okechobbee FL…read moreI am a first time homeowner and while the inspection was comprehensive and the individuals very kind/ helpful, there were serious issues they missed that were detrimental to my health. Back in July I closed on my home. Looking back after having the knowledge I have now, there were very clear signs of a bad rodent infestation that was never disclosed. I say very bad because they were eating my pipes which led to several parts of the flooring and walls being infested with mold. There were clear signs of rodents eating through the under lining of the home and the guy told me it was just something the owners probably cut out due to maintenance. I had a plumbing inspection as well and they did not catch the holes in the drains. From July- October I started to suffer from serious mold poisoning. I was lethargic and my brain was not working like it normally does. On top of this I was experiencing serious chest pains, truly I cant express how bad they were. While I am lucky and have a family with connections in construction, who literally found out these problems on accident when working on an electrical issue, others may not be as lucky. I also paid extra for the termite inspection and while there was no current termite activity, they failed to include signs of previous activity. They took advantage of my fresh and eager attitude and if you choose to work with them, please be careful. ****Update*** It is not letting me respond to the comment the company left. There was never any mention of any plumbing concerns in my report or to me. On top of this, yes they told me about the area that was ripped up (by rodents) that had mold. They told me to fix, by cutting out the board, replacing the board, and patching it up, and i'd be fine. Which I did. They did not mention elsewhere. Also, where this mold was, wasn't even close to where the majority of the mold in my home was found. This was in the kitchen and I had to rip up both bathrooms. I just reread my inspection documents and it literally says all of my plumbing is satisfactory. While I understand you are trying to save face for your company, you guys did not do justice to this service for me and I do not want someone else experiencing the same thing. Thank you. I attached the report.
