I just moved here from Wichita, KS. And I needed to get my final Gard shot scheduled. After at…read moreleast half a dozen calls and me calling my OBGYN in Wichita to have my records faxed over I was finally scheduled for my final shot. About half an hour before the appointment I get a call that I will need to go to the East location instead of the West. Just for me to show and be told that the shots they have are expired. So my time was completely wasted. And took time off of my new job to do so. At this point it would be worth it to me to drive two hours to Wichita then deal with this again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ann was my nurse for my first surgery and remembered me when I returned for my next surgery, taking the time to check on me and make sure I was comfortable even though I was not her responsibility. She is such a genuinely kind person. Dr. Chase is a brilliant man who still treats me like a human and has never spoke down to me in any way, the way I have felt with other doctors. He listened to my concerns and had an answer for everything. So I made my follow up appointment for a crown there. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and new the Manhattan Konza clinic is. Everything looks new and modern. I was see by Dr B there and he completed my crown and made me a follow up appointment to have an exam. He is very nice at teaching about the importance of dental care and had some good tips for me, such as wearing a night guard and using a prescription strength toothpaste. I was able to pick that up on the way out in their pharmacy, which makes things easy!
