The staff can never answer questions when asked and repeatedly blame the problems on someone else ("well I'm not the one who sends faxes"; "I'll have to have the person responsible call you back"). You never receive calls back and can call all day to no avail. They will never have answers for you. No matter how many times your PCP, or podiatrist sends their orders to Sports and Wellness, they claim they don't receive them.
