Thank you Amy for being so helpful. My mother in law is 90+, confined to a nursing home facility,…read morehas had her Avada hearing instruments for almost three years. Almost five months ago, the nursing facility indicated Mom's hearing instrument had broken and they were having their "resident" auditory specialist repair it and we'd be billed accordingly, depending on if it had to "sent in" or not. Five months later, nothing had been done and Mom was still limited to her one hearing instrument. Enough being enough, I contacted Avada and was directed to Amy at the D'Onofrio Drive, Madison, WI location. One phone call and I knew that everything was going to work out great. Amy was very helpful and accommodating, "come on in and let's get it taken care' of she exclaimed... Let than 15 minutes and the hearing instrument was fixed and I was resupplied with wax guards and speaker domes. WOW! Thanks Amy - that was amazing customer service - it was great to meet you and thank you for

You have the privacy of parking in their complimentary underground parking lot and take a nice ride up to their suite on the 2nd floor. The office is beautiful, very bright with lots of natural lighting. There are products displayed in cases wrapping the reception area with lots of smiles to greet you all around. My consult was with Emily. She was very knowledgeable of different skin types and the different needs of your specific skin tone. I had done a lot of reach on my own prior to scheduling the consult and knew which questions to ask and signs to look for for a good skin doctor. Emily superseded every expectations and went above and beyond to address my skincare concerns. What surprised me was that I had the intention of going in to get some fillers under the eye. After some discussion and assessment, Emily told me flat out that I was not a good candidate for fillers, because "you don't need it". This really amazed me because I've never heard of any business rejecting a willing customer who's basically screaming, "take all my money!". Providing further education, Emily told me that I should address my concerns first by taking preventative measurements in forms of a good skincare routine and maybe opt for fillers down the road. This goes to show that Roberson's really want you to care for your skin in the form of self care instead of finding answers with unnecessary, elective cosmetic augmentations. I fully trust Emily and Robertson's to have the best intentions for me and my skin, and would recommend them to anyone who's thinking about exploring or questioning if they need to address any skincare concerns.

There…read moreare a few staff members that are great, however overall I do not feel that Patient Care and Experience are important to the staff at this location. Two years ago three members of our family were given a new diagnosis that required some navigating of the health care system (laws, paperwork, additional appts, etc.) The staff at this facility is often unhelpful in aiding us with questions or navigating our care plan. They do not help patients understand processes, guidelines or care schedule. We've had lost paperwork, missed medications, and more. I've mentioned before that I do not understand our care plan, but no one offers to help talk through it or kindly and patiently explain things to me. I'm often met with curt responses and just dead-end "good luck with that" kind of attitude. I feel that the staff finds me difficult. Im sure. But I'm a mother advocating for my child, and when my healthcare team is not helping me help my child then I will continue to advocate for them. I don't think it's too much to ask for people to tell us if things are coming up due. I understand the staff have limitations and guidelines to follow. However, if you're the type of person looking for healthcare team who are ON YOUR SIDE, who advocate and look out for you, then this is not the facility for you. I've called the patient complaint department before and unfortunately not had any resolution. Another message left today. We will see.
