Billing couldn't tell me anything because they didn't understand the concept of estimate. They would just give me a range of $250-$600. They transferred me to a department in another city. Then they had to transfer me back to the original place I started at. Only to comeback to Erin and she instantly had the dollar amount. $617 for an office visit. They have always exceeded my expectation. I had 'false vertigo' over 12 years ago. My doctor recommended CIIB. At that time CIIB was the only clinic where the lead physical therapist had personally attended a seminar in Texas with a doctor who discovered how to eliminate the 'false vertigo' in one session for me. The Scheduled follow up was 6 days later. Even the nurse thought we should come in. Lansford's response was I won't see them until a minimum of five days. My sister, a nurse, took her into the ER and our followup included a visit with the wound care team, specifically Shelby, RN and Teresa, PA. The referall call center will also likely take a week or more to get you to a doctor because they don't check your insurance properly. It's a useless middle step that adds nothing. People are friendly though. In short, if you live here you have very few choices and the people here are friendly.
