Very nice experience when I visit any of the professionals at Hearing Associates. They are thorough in their explanations of issues regarding my hearing aids. I have been a client/patient for well over ten years. My hearing aids have changed my quality of life significantly. read more

My 88 year old mother bought her hearing aids here several months ago. I live out of state. While back visiting I noticed she wouldn't wear a hat or put in or take off a shirt over her head for fear of losing a hearing aid. Then she lost one we found in the car. So I called to take her back to get another lesson in putting them in. Turns out she never knew how to do so properly. Now that she does know she can turn her TV down several bars. I question whoever sent her home originally. They obviously didn't check to see if she could put them in properly. It's a miracle she didn't lose one. read more

I saw Dr. Crane thinking that I might need a right hip replacement. Dr. Crane did my left hip…read moreeight years ago and it was a good experience. As it turned out, my hip x-ray showed that was not the problem. We, therefore, discussed my scoliosis problem. (I have been to see Dr. Banghoo about this problem and intend to visit with him again in the near future). It appears that my scoliosis problem is in full activation. I also intend to visit the Spinal Laser Institute while I am in Arizona this winter. They list scoliosis repair in their advertisement. I know that I need relief from constant nerve pain. Dr. Crane was very understanding and listened as well as gave me some options to try on my own, such as hot and cold packs. I have been very pleased with Dr. Crane as my doctor, and hope that if I need him in the future, he will still be practicing! I would recommend him to other patients, and in fact, I did, when both Barb Opheim and Fred Humphrey were his patients. Thanks, Dr. Crane!!
