I appreciate Doctor Trenary's knowledge in making feel waaaay better even faster than I imagined! I'm sure he can't fix anyone after one visit, and he is honest and tells you that, but it's not to many appointments after that and you are in the maintenance plan.... And I LOVE THAT! Oh I also love that he loves to have fun and actually cares about what I do outside of seeing him. I'll tell anyone who listens... This place rocks! And I know it looks like I'm from NE... But I'm not! Lol yes I am a local girl! :)

I had to stop coming because of the comment he made that bothered me. When I first got there. It…read morewas nice because he was assessing me and took time to go over my stuff. Come to find out he was saying the same thing to everybody even my own family. And then after the 1st initial appointment, it was quick in and out. Which is not always bad unless he doesn't talk the whole time like. How are you? But what first rubbed me wrong, was in the first appointment. He said people on Medicaid are unreliable, don't show up to their appointments and it was just rude. I had to stop going back because he makes me uncomfortable customer service wise. He's great at what he does but he needs to practice bedside manners. His wife is amazing though. She's the only reason why I'm giving it two stars. Note: I've gone a total of five times, I should have stopped going after that first one with the comment. But I kept giving him A chance. So I stopped going over a year ago and decided maybe I should let other people know about his manners. Because that's why a lot of people would even come to Yelp is to get reviews. No way am I bashing, I am stating a fact that he could be more professional. ( I also run my own business and have reputation. So I know how to act and what to expect from others, especially from a professional setting) Update: he decided to message me personally and this is what he had to say for himself. I just thought you all would like to look at it because I couldn't believe he said it. Again. I understand why you wouldn't take Medicaid people but you don't sit there and tell other clients and patients why. And He's claiming I'm lying pretty much. So I'm bringing it down to one star. He seriously needs to work on his manners. This is highly unprofessional. Everyone has bad days but it doesn't excuse how you talk to others. It wasn't the service I had a problem with or his skills, it was his mouth and how he acts. If you loved your job you would act like it. Also his writing is just like the way he acts in the office. Because I didn't mention time waiting, talking a lot or most of the stuff talking about in the screenshots. So alot what he just said was unnecessary. I was trying to keep this brief and short but he decided he wanted to message so here's an update. And just so you know, doc, Medicaid and Medicare are two completely different things and we are still held accountable if we miss an appointment too. We get in trouble in repercussions too if we miss our appointments. I'm actually surprised if a doctor doesn't know that.

Receptionist is super friendly and caring. Dr. Voortman is understanding and very knowledgeable. My first appointment consisted of an initial nutritional response testing and orientation. It lasted about 20 min. Next, I was advised to take some whole food supplements (Standard Process) to detox my liver back into shape. I made another appointment for the next week and off I went. Week one: took Spanish black raddish, and congaplaex. First week I was fine. Week 1-1/2: Went to the next appointment an my liver is starting to heal. Nice. 3 days days later...my body really stated to detox. I ended up with a fever, body aches and the whole wham bam detox from hell for the next 2 days. I called Dr. Voortman and told her my body is not doing well. She told me to come see her right away (without charge) and she tested me for some things and then suggested to take garlic for drainage... Hopefully, I will be feeling better soon. I will update this when I do. But either way..Dr. Voortmans office has been very understanding and helpful and I would recommend them.

On our first and only visit, we waited nearly an hour just to see him. Then he was obviously VERY rushed and gave us only about 5 or 6 minutes of his time. We were told up front that he would be a little late because of performing surgery. We can certainly appreciate that, but we drove over an hour just to get to the clinic. My wife was having serious problems with her foot, and it certainly would have been helpful for him to spend a little more time with us, and at least give the impression that he cared.

Again, if I had more time in my day, I would go on and on and on about Dr. Henrich. I truly value his expertise, his professionalism and quite frankly, his friendship. Sincerely, Jim

As it turned out, my hip x-ray showed that was not the problem. We, therefore, discussed my scoliosis problem. (I have been to see Dr. Banghoo about this problem and intend to visit with him again in the near future). It appears that my scoliosis problem is in full activation. I also intend to visit the Spinal Laser Institute while I am in Arizona this winter. They list scoliosis repair in their advertisement. I know that I need relief from constant nerve pain. Dr. Crane was very understanding and listened as well as gave me some options to try on my own, such as hot and cold packs. I have been very pleased with Dr. Crane as my doctor, and hope that if I need him in the future, he will still be practicing! I would recommend him to other patients, and in fact, I did, when both Barb Opheim and Fred Humphrey were his patients. Thanks, Dr. Crane!!
