But because I was honest and disclosed my injury, they refused to treat me altogether, yet STILL demanded payment for the canceled session before I could rebook. This company takes advantage of customers under the guise of "policy." Massage Envy is nothing more than a scam.

I have real problem between by shoulders and it's hard to pop my back in that area. She was able to get that area popped and that was a blessing in itself. Very professional and would ask periodically if I was ok. I am completely confident that if I was uncomfortable in any way I could speak up. The host at the entry was very to the point. Dr Stromberg, Dr Amon & Dr Tolman have all adjusted me and it's hard to pick a favorite because I feel like they are very detail oriented in their care, I never feel rushed, & they don't let me leave until all my issues are addressed, SO THOROUGH! I also think every person in the staff is wonderful and so caring and kind up front and the girls in back listen to me whine and give me exercises and therapy for my aches and pains.
