I received excellent customer service and a lot of advice and guidance. I got the part I needed (better than the one I was planning to get) plus additional supplies. Some new, some used, all of which I was steered toward and were less expensive and better than what I'd initially asked for. Definitely recommend for the home brewer. I have a gruit going at home and am about to start a mead and today got the supplies for a pacific IPA. This place has everything you need with the advice and assistance you want.
