This was once a great place for health care. But it has now fallen to the almighty dollar.

I would see Ed and Matt every week if I could afford them - I just feel better when they get their hands on me!

I would not recommend this business for many reasons…read more First, when I called them, they answered the phone in an unprofessional manner, not to mention I had to ask if I called Premier Care Injury Services or not. Additionally, they were super sketchy about their answers to my questions. I asked if they had a website because when I googled them, I could not find it. They said, "oh... we have a website.." and I asked where I could find it. The woman responded by telling me that it wasn't working and was not up at the moment. She then proceeded to ask me why I needed to see their website.. ? I responded in telling them I wanted to see what their staff specialized in within PT. She quickly told me that they were not accepting any patients and that I could refer to their website and that it was on google.. When i reiterated that their name does not come up when I google them, she said "Well it's there". When I pointed out that she had told me one minute ago that it was not up at the moment, she said "bye". Very sketchy and odd. I know that some businesses hire staff that may not be 100% right for the position, but when it comes to something as important as healing injuries and people trying to get their lives back as a result, there is no way that I could trust a business that has someone as incompetent as the receptionist interacting with clients. I've never written a bad review because I think so much more goes in to an experience than just a first impressions or an initial experience, but the medical field handles peoples' futures and well being.. If the person answering the phones can't even do that professionally or answer potential client questions, I don't want to know what the rest of the business would run like. I feel morally obligated to notify everyone of this business because it seemed like the kind of place that cuts corners, doesn't care about their clients, is dishonest, and would possibly do more harm than good. Please correct me if I am wrong, but something did not feel right and I could not sit back while knowing people may go to this sketchy clinic.

DO NOT GO HERE if you are queer. I went in for a physical for gender affirming surgery, and the…read moredoctor tried to convince me that God did not want me to get my surgery. They used very outdated equipment with faulty results as proof that "God was saying it wasn't the right time" for me to do so. He even joked about my chest and how it would be missed if I did go through with surgery.

I've been going back and forth with them for the last year showing that the EoB shows insurance has been paid out. My physicals/ wellness visits are to be covered at 100%. and it says so on my insurance card. They attempted to charge me $95 at the visit, but after I protested and explained to them that I have a ppo plan that is in network with bcbs and they still charged me $25 copay. I gave them $25 that they refused to reimburse. Secondly, during the visit I asked to have my script refilled and they said it was a "formality" to get drug tested because it is a controlled substance anxiety med and they need to make sure I'm not drug seeking. I took the test because I felt obligated to prove that I would pass, as well as get my script, but I felt so embarrassed and low. I've never had any other doctor do this, especially because I infrequently take this med. Fast forward nearly a year later, and I get a notification from an out of network testing facility for said drug test... the doctor sent the drug test to an out of network diagnostics facility and now I owe $441. Lastly, the facility is not maintained and dirty. The equipment they use is really out-dated. It looks like a shady walk-in clinic.

I honestly can't thank NP Peter Yu enough. I am a 20-year-old nursing student, and when I first…read morecame to him, I was pretty skeptical about functional medicine as it is not something we learn about in traditional medicine education. I had been struggling with mold toxicity along with a host of other symptoms and felt truly stuck, but he completely changed that for me. From the very beginning, he listened so well and really took the time to hear my whole story. Prior, I had seen my PCP, an allergist, and had countless visits to urgent care where they all could not find a cause for what I was experiencing, recommending I address "anxiety." On the other hand, NP Yu explained everything in a way I could actually understand, breaking down everything and helping me see the bigger picture of what was going on in my body. He identified the right testing, uncovered clear biological markers, and built a comprehensive plan to address the root issues. For the first time, I felt like I wasn't just being treated for symptoms, I was actually being cared for as a whole person. Because of his guidance, I've experienced dramatic improvements that I never thought were possible, and also genuinely learned so much. What really sets him apart is not just his knowledge, but the way he genuinely cares. I left every appointment feeling heard, understood, hopeful, and supported. If you're on the fence about functional medicine like I once was, I can honestly say NP Yu is the person who can help open that door for you. He's made such a difference in my life, and I'm truly grateful.

I know what you do, and what you don't do. What you do is find a way to make money from the insurance companies by using patients like myself to improve your personal standard of living and not genuinely caring for my medical needs. I despise you for that already. What you don't do is have the very best doctors or let me select the doctor that I know is best and won't give me cut-rate services and get me into the vicious cycle of medical tourism. So before you even spoke, I already knew what you were going to say. You're going to have to do better than that, sir, if you want to outsmart this Irishman.

This resulted in not getting seating next to each other on our return home after my wife's shoulder replacement surgery. My wife would have been forced to set in a center seat. I don't know about any one else, but having had a shoulder replaced the last thing I would want is to be stuck between two other people and be bumped back and forth. The hotel we were placed in was non-ADA compliment. We requested a different hotel, but were charged the difference between the two hotels. Their lack of communication and terrible travel plans for us caused us to incur additional expenses. I will be placing a complaint with my employer and bridge health due to these issues. The Doctor and staff have been great. I will follow this up with a review of DR. Kumar with coastal orthopedic in Sarasota Fl. When we finish the procedure.

After interviewing and consulting with three well-known clinics in the Denver metro area, I…read moreselected Michael J. Taravella, MD at the UC Eye Center to perform my cataract surgery. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this provider to take my feedback into account. I found Dr. Taravella's bedside manner to be unprofessional and disappointing. During my pre-operative appointment, the nurse repeatedly said the doctor would be in shortly to review what would be happening during my surgery. I could hear other physicians meeting with and speaking directly to their patients, but I did not see or hear from my doctor prior to surgery. Another physician did come in and clearly explained what would be happening, which I appreciated. I did not interact with Dr. Taravella until I was already in the operating room. Even then, during the first eye surgery, he did not speak to me at all and instead conversed with what I assume were fellows present during the procedure. During one of my four post-operative appointments, I waited approximately 55 minutes to be seen. Dr. Taravella spent a total of about four minutes with me and simply stated that I was "healing nicely." He did not review my vision prescription, share my eye pressure results, or address the questions I had documented during my initial screening, specifically whether the ORA testing produced different results than my initial consultations. This was particularly frustrating given that this testing incurred a significant out-of-pocket cost that was not covered by insurance. For clarity and full transparency, I want to note that the pre-op and post-op staff, check-in staff, and other post-operative physicians were outstanding. I saw three different physicians across my four post-operative appointments, all of whom provided excellent care. My concerns are specific to the surgeon who performed the procedure. In hindsight, I wish I had selected a different physician for my surgery.

Have you ever gone anywhere else where the doctor gives you an Rx and then charges you ~$40 for handing it to you? UNBELIEVABLE
