The two employees are grouchy. When you attempt to redeem your free massage after ten paid, they…read moreraise the price to squeeze customers out of cash. To use a credit card, the fee is higher. This is opportunistic gouging as the credit card companies charge a PERCENTAGE, so a lower charge would have a lower fee, but this business charges five dollars more across the board. Here's how it makes no sense: Say your VISA card charges the merchant 3% on a $60 charge, that's $1.80 - not $5! And if the charge was lower, then you are getting gouged for using a credit card even more. In short, their unpleasant personalities and questionable business practices make what could be good business undesirable.

You had to ring the doorbell and wait for someone to open it. After walking in, the inside looked good. They asked us what massage we wanted and then asked us to pay prior to starting the massage. My massage was good, she could have used more oil but my husband hated it. We have gone to get massages numerous times, but he says this was his worst. The lady that massaged him was too rough. He complained serval times throughout the 60 minutes and she continued with the same rough pressure. At the end the women then proceeded to ask for a $20 tip after him giving a $15 tip. She then tried to argued for the extra $5. My husband usually tips very good, but he did not feel that the lady that massaged him deserved a tip.

First I'll start with the positives and then get to why I gave one star…read more I've been here 7 times now and love the ladies that work here. You can't be modest, it is a traditional Chinese massage which is totally different than American places. But they truly have made my body heal with the type of massage they give, a fantastic deep tissue. My back was hurting again and I was having sciatic pain after moving, so I went back. First time ever I got a man...which I was okay with, until he got started. It was very painful, about 30 minutes in I finally told him it was too hard, he said "relax" and went harder. I now have fluid built up in between my shoulder blades where it's squishy from soft tissue damage. The solid bruise is starting to come through. I hurt so bad last night that I woke up at 2:30am and was up until 5am dealing with the back pain. I will go see the doctor after work because the fluid build up is scaring me. I've also been watching my urine to make sure it doesn't turn dark. Before I left he said "I hope your back won't be too sore." So he knew he stepped over the boundaries of massage. Also--this was the first time I've had him and he pulled the blanket completely off and had me completely naked laying on my front. I kept telling myself he is a professional and this is okay...but it is not okay. I feel violated today and very gross. It was the most unprofessional massage I've ever had.

it makes me very sad to have to rate this company with just one star. i have visited this business…read moreseveral times and have had wonderful massages - so much so that i bought a massage package after my first visit. my negative rating comes from the fact that the business seems to have disappeared. mid-may through the end of june i called, texted, and emailed hoping to make an appointment, with no response. i finally drove there, only to find that the signs had been taken down. i called again and heard a garbled message about july 1 being their last day and to call a number to redeem gift certificates before that date. however, the phone number on the message is indecipherable. i left a message and have never been called back. to say i am disappointed would be an extreme understatement, particularly with purchases and gift certificates left unredeemed for several hundred dollars' worth of services.
