The workers were clearly doing their best, but hadn't been trained in basic hospitality. It was also surprisingly unpleasant to hang out at the pool. The area felt dominated by large, loud groups. I just wanted to relax but found it was not nearly as quiet and restorative as I'd hoped. The automatic 21% gratuity was also frustrating. I can understand doing that for large parties.
