He gave me a list of foods that are not triggers for me specifically. He recommended a daily menu. Lastly, he gave me a list of supplements that can be easily purchased online or in a health store and instructions when to take them. He told me to check in 1x / week to tell him how I am doing. If any new symptoms or worsening of symptoms occurs, they encourage you to reach out and they will readjust dosages or recommend another supplement. I am about 3 weeks in now. The diet is tough - very strict what I can eat and portions and strict what I can't eat - but I can tell a difference. I am digesting better, my symptoms have lessened and I am sleeping better. I am not perfect and definitely cheated during the 4th of July weekend but I am back on track.
