As you can see on her chest, I have no idea what they did. There's a big section cut real short and then they didn't even try to even out the rest of the hair to make it look better. They just covered it with a scarf. when I got home and started looking at the dog, I saw the place on her chest, so I called to inquire what happened and the Groomer just screamed at me telling me that I had a bad attitude and I must be on drugs and that he didn't know what happened to the dog after I left there. As a courtesy I even tipped him before I left there and he still acted like a jerk talking to me. He wouldn't even let me speak. He just kept talking. I finally had to just hang up on him. Toni i

In fact, Lisa said she may not be able to groom him if he continued to behave so timidly. However, she said to leave him and would call if there was a problem. A few hours later, we got a call and he was all finished. When we got there she told me how he did, and brought him out. I almost didn't recognize him! He looked sooo good! It cost $37 and was so worth it! She was able to get his mats out without shaving him and actually made him look more adorable than usual. They also do different colors for the doggy's hair there too, which I think is so cool! I totally recommend this place and really miss it as we now live in Seattle, Wa.
