I've been seeing Dr. Chen for over a year as my Dr. was not comfortable prescribing any pain medication even though I have been on it for over 19 years. My last appointment was in December. I was supposed to have one in Jan 26th, however I was called and told that I would not be able to get one until March so they gave me a refill till then. April comes and no appointments. I called twice to let them know I hadn't been seen, and my medications were nearly depleted. I was told that they best they could do was give me an appointment July 15th. I explained that one of my medications side effects was a mood booster, and that I have been warned multiple times, by multiple doctors not to stop it suddenly. Well that didn't matter to the scheduling department. July 15th was the best she would do for me. This staff happily let and my family suffer though the misery of the withdrawal symptoms that led to 2 urgent care and an emergency visit. Again Dr. Chen is amazing. Scheduling staff couldn't give a care if you died.

Ultimately leaving me bed ridden since my release of the hospital. It wasn't until my appointment with Integrative Sports and Spine that I experienced the feeling of being heard, understood and helped! After a while I was shifted to Dr. Caryn. For me personally every time she sees me she is very happy and a big hug. I can tell her anything and she understands and is genially concerned about me and what is going on with me. I have zero complaints about Caryn. I have had a few issues with the office staff, but they put up with a lot of things out of their control. Had a few misunderstandings, but cleared up when talking with Caryn. She will find the answers to your issues. So, all in all it is a great place that has been helping me for years.
