She had me sit with it, to feel it. I got an understanding that my experience of a difficulty was largely the physical experience I brought to the table. She really made it a somatic experience and that helped me close the loop. I am looking forward to more big steps of progress. She can help clear a lot of stuckness in a single session. I suggested her to a dear friend and they also felt like a huge weight was lifted off their shoulders. Five stars to Eva!

It also gave me relief from the chronic tension I carry in my upper back and shoulders. I have had these issues for over 45 years and hypnotherapy works so well! With her help, it was easy to retrain the way my body reacts to anxiety. I can now easily apply these tools in any stressful situation. I wish I had known about hypnotherapy sooner, as now I'm in control of my body and my tummy issues have vastly improved. My daughter was a client of Devon's early last year with the same amazing results. Devon is very professional and highly skilled. She is an amazing hypnotherapist with a very calming presence. She makes you so comfortable each session and provides you with specific tools you can easily use to give you the peace desired by your mind and body. I felt so completely relaxed after each session, and I was always in total control of my mind (for anyone concerned thinking they have to be hypnotized). Devon will help you change your life for the better!

When my coaching began, I was stepping up to a new role and a very new corporate culture. This was…read morequite a change for me. While Lisa and I had some very frank and pointed conversations, they never felt anything but respectful. It was obvious that she believed in me and that made me believe in myself even more. She also took the time to get to know me and understand my personality. By doing this, she was able to walk me through situations and provide feedback via role playing, storytelling and alternative language and behaviors which I might use to handle specific, (and often tricky), situations. The results I saw were astounding! I saw myself using new options in meetings, in the hallways, and with my own direct reports. I had other employees saying things like "I did what you did and It WORKED!" or "I will take your advice because it changed the way I see the situation". I went from the guy who would make a joke out of awkwardness to the guy who had the answers to difficult situations! Through our work together I have learned to better understand the corporate world, communicate more persuasively and effectively and even obtain a more professional presence with my peers and other employees at the organization. I am now a true corporate presence. I want to be a CEO candidate one day, something I would have never considered before, and I believe I am now on the right track. My advice to a new client would be this: be open, be you, and be brave! Lisa has the ability to see situations and help you understand how to look at them with a different lens.
