Although disappointing this was direct and helpful. When I asked for a referral he said to do my homework in finding out of area Psychologists in Seattle, Portland and other metropolitan areas. When I mentioned my brother has mobility issues and logistics would be difficult I experienced agitation and impatience from him, raising his voice, talking over me and not allowing me to speak, citing I am not willing to do what it takes to help my brother. Astounding. It is my baseline expectation that a therapists emotional intelligence be developed enough to not shout at a prospective client or family. I would be careful in engaging services with this therapist if this is the way he shows up.

What the reviews don't say is Dr. Morrell is often called upon as an expert witness by the courts to testify in cases such as those involving child custody, diminished mental capacity, etc. He has been an advocate for both defendants and the prosecution and exhibits unquestionable professional ethics. What is reflected in these negative reviews are unwarranted attacks by individuals who were affected by Dr. Morrell's professional testimony and chose this forum to vent. As far as my experience goes, I find Dr. Morrell's treatment to be individualized, compassionate, and effective. If you are looking for a cookie cutter, 12 steps works for everyone therapist, then perhaps he is not your man. For everyone else, I cannot recommend him high enough.

She has been the most incredible provider I have found in the valley and I've been to several. Helena Turner is absolutely amazing. From the first time meeting I felt like I've known her forever and she made me feel so accepted and loved. She made me feel so comfortable she almost feels like a mom figure and I'm 38! I've worked with providers within 3 different states and she's been hands down the best I have worked with and night and day different from the others. I cannot say enough good things about her. I too have had problems with my prescriptions but it's been the pharmacies NOT the business. I have had to change pharmacies 4 times now and have finally found an amazing Pharmacy as well! With certain medications being a controlled substance if you have to transfer pharmacies they have to call in a new script it can't just be transferred and she has been great. A simple message on the spruce app they use and my scripts are called in. They typically answer quite promptly and have been nothing but kind and caring. I have been on a waitlist to start the ketamine treatment but they were upfront with me on where I was at on the list. It has been an extensive amount of time I've waited but that's only because the lady that runs the clinic, had a freak accident happen, got her wisdom teeth removed and the dentist broke her jaw in the process so it really put a wrench in things for some time but they are back in business. They actually contacted me on Monday letting me know they have a couple slots available to start on the ketamine treatment this next week and I'm extremely grateful for that! I need it now more than ever. They have been extremely prompt with their responses through the app and I just don't have a bad thing to say about this place! It takes alot for me to write a review and it doesn't happen often, but this one definitely deserves it! Also wish you the best Sarah, if you are able and I'm not sure who you were seeing but I don't see a counselor there just a psych Helena Turner and she is incredible! I truly hate to give this 1 star. There are some staff members that are truly exceptional, but…read moreunfortunately those members are either the receptionist or in billing. It's very expensive to start, but this isn't a place to receive counseling its really just a clinic and one stop shop if you can't get in anywhere else. It was extremely frustrating trying to get help either by phone or app. I do not know how long prescriptions take to fill but every time there were major issues. I had a very hard time getting help from Paradigm to send a prescription to a pharmacy that had my meds. There were issues in the pharmacist system with the drs old exp license in the computer that took 2 days to sort through. The frustration on my end wasn't about the delay to receive my meds alone. That was not their fault or mine. My issue was the surprisingly bad attitude my counselor had when addressing my frustrations. I Waited 2 days while the pharmacies system updated the counselors license on file. Then the same issue happened 3 separate times. I couldn't get ahold of my counselor, or anyone at paradigm that would care to help, and then I received a very long message from my counselor chastising me for being frustrated with their clinic. I work long hours, in different international time zones....taking hours out of my day to sit in my car trying to make someone answer their phone, not once but every time ....is poor customer service and even worse...a counselor that doesn't understand why your frustrated instead writes you a long message in a group chat as to why my frustration is unacceptable is just that...unacceptable. To sum it up...there are staff members that are truly wonderful at Paradigm...billing and reception. If they had a different counselor I would be open to seeing them again because the billing and receptionist always tried to help me. Until then....no care or somewhere far would be better than Paradigm. Sincerely ....I really hate to write this review but people need to know the truth and not mess around with their mental well being.

If you are suffering as a government harassed, targeted individual, or if you have experience stalking, domestic violence, and/or have been a victim of pathological control freaks, my personal opinion is to caution you about this individual. this is of course, only one opinion but I found her manipulative. Seems that She plays head games, not with good intentions; she seemed to get off on leading on and. She seemed to try to manipulate me into confessing to some false scenario that she had concocted in her head. --manipulating, gaslighting, planting seeds of utter unconscionable bullshit. She projected that I had been in a religious cult and had gotten involved in acts of sexual deviation !!! After she brought it up a couple of times, which made me cringe, i didn't listen to my gut, but in error, I rationalized "well she's just probing trying to see if maybe that's part of my story.". But When I did not buy into it, her last resort was the Con.. a CON can tell you something about themselves, share something very personal for example in order to show you that they like and trust you so that you can reciprocate, like, trust and Open to them. , it's a lure., a baiting strategy... so during my session: she confessed out loud, expressing cheerful, emotion that she had "attained transcendental realization" During exhilarating intercourse. !! At that point, I laughed out loud a little , chuckling, but actually in disbelief that she would be so small minded, so academically unsophisticated and unprofessional . I talked to other trained therapists and respected, ethical minded, professionals about my experience, and their reactions were conclusive such a report, whether intended to manipulate or as some weird idea of what she thinks is Therapeutic and was not only disrespectful and out of bounds , but I suspect a violation of ethics. she also put me under hypnosis twice without my authorization . The first time, I had a vague feeling that I was coming out from under hypnosis, and I thought if I continue with therapy, I need to ask her if she's doing this to which I would object, and I need to let her know that I'm not giving my approval. but the next time I went in for a session, she did it again, I felt completely certain that she had... because as I am coming out from under hypnosis, I saw her moving in the room from having been sitting down in front of me to standing over me, and counting me out from trance,, then I heard her say in a really sinister voice. "well I bet you won't be calling me again.!" Anyone, credentialed or not, who conducts experiments on humans and/or puts others under transfer or hypnosis without their knowledge and written Consent in authorization is not only in violation of ethics but of the law.

I want to talk about the group classes here a little bit because they are so awesome! In the classes she guides and teaches us how to do energy clearing, energy healing, meditation, channel energy, medicine wheel, intuitive development, etc. I really enjoy the classes because we are all able to learn new things/tools from Nancy and from each other. We receive different perspectives from each other, and learn how each of us perceives our thoughts/mind, energy, letting go/holding on, healing, creativity, suffering, pain, patterns, inner child, etc and how we handle, overcome, practice, strategize, and utilize all these different areas in our lives. It really opens up your mind to so many different aspects and teaches me new ways to look at things; A better understanding of people, life, ourselves, and spirituality.
