The last straw was when she was in a hurry for an important Dr appointment and searching for a supplement. While I checked out our shopping, she frantically searched for said item, saw a staff and asked them for help. They ignored her and ran off, reappeared then helped someone else. While at the checkout, the staff there asked the supervisor if she should help but the supervisor shockingly told her not to help! My mom returned, frustrated at the terrible service and was understandably upset. The supervisor shut her down then banned her the next day! We avoided this location for five years, one day I peeked in and noticed things were rearranged, believing this meant change of management, I suggested she try shopping there again. Lo and behold she was still banned. But I was told I can still come in. Which I did reluctantly, I felt nervous and kept to myself. One day I was in a hurry to get something, the supervisor said 'We close in 10 min!' I kept walking, she said 'Did you hear me?' I said, not at all rudely, 'Yep.' and continued to hastily search for what I needed. Shortly after this, next time I came in I was told I am now banned, and when we went to the downtown branch they banned us there too without explanation! I called customer service and emailed them. They never even bothered to get back to me. I'm shocked and disgusted, I've never felt so hurt or offended before. I work in customer service and we would never dream of abusing and discriminating against loyal customers like this with no good reason and after said customers did nothing but act civilly. I have told all my friends and colleagues and they are shocked and disgusted and will not shop there anymore. I encourage everyone to boycott this disgusting hateful place.

They have a buy one get one 1/2 off sale going on at the moment and I picked up two growlers. Cutest little bottles, love that they're reusable and I look forward to getting them re-filled. Their address is brand new so it's a little tricky to find them but they're in a large complex in the back directly off Fairmont drive. Also their hours are 10 AM to 3 PM during the week which makes it a bit difficult for anyone doing the 9-5 gig to stop by, but if you're in the area during the week and like Kombucha they are definitely worth checking out!
