I had heard a lot about this clinic from my peers and was even ridiculed for still using the 'traditional' way. This was the opportunity for me to give it a try and all I can say is that it is convenience at its best. The staff is great. I had a quick conversation with the customer care executive regarding the process and it went great. I thought the guy was very polite. I had to wait for like 3 minutes after filling the form. I think it was a waiting room but virtual. It felt very professional and modern to me. The doctor was great too. It felt like a legit service. They told me that I will receive an email with my renewed recommendation and I did receive it on the same day. I decided to use it before writing this review just to be sure. Which was surprising and quite impressive at the same time. Ideally, no online service is that quick. So, kudos to the team and the doctors for immediate availability. I was able to renew my recommendation so quickly and I didn't even have to leave my house! The questionnaire is simple.. asks the same questions any doctor would. I received an electronic version of my rec minutes after submission and now I am sitting here holding the hard copy with the imprinted seal and everything! Shipping the hard copy took about 3 days, but that was totally fine. At first I was a little sketched out (like, is it legitimate or is it scammy) but my dispensary accepted even the electronic copy I printed from my own computer.. I love this! I had a genuinely great experience. The doctor seemed really nice. I have been suffering from an acute anxiety disorder from the past couple of years. I don't really fancy medical marijuana treatment, but it was my sister that managed to convince me to go for it. The wait was no problem, gotten seen almost immediately. Everything was done online within 20 minutes. The app was great, very easy to use and mobile responsive coming from a tech developer. The appt did not take very long at all, the Dr. was very helpful and nice. He actually gave me some good tips on what type of cannabis to use as far as creams and CBD for certain issues im having.
