Such a cozy coffee shop with so many things to offer: nice workers, many coffee/breakfast options, stickers, cute indoor area, and plenty of parking out front!! I decided on a bacon, egg, & cheese croissant sandwich paired with a vanilla latte!!! Both delicious!! The sandwich was bigger than I thought and stayed warm while I was eating it!!! My latte was also delicious, a classic iced vanilla latte, that gave me enough energy to take on a bunch of 5th graders!!! I highkey recommend giving this place a visit if you want good food and coffee!!! Cheers!!!

A coffee shop that I can easily visit between hikes in a national park? Heck yes!…read more I stopped by the Peninsula Coffee House and Market during a weekend trip to Cuyahoga Valley National Park this year. I was lucky and snagged a parking space in front of the business; their parking is VERY limited and I'm surprised I didn't have to use a lot that was across a bridge. (Note that the bridge is right by the coffee shop, so it wouldn't have been a long trek at all.) I ordered a Butterscotch Latte and a Sausage, Biscuit & Egg breakfast sandwich; snagged a seat near the front of the store; and settled in for a relaxing break between my hikes. The coffee was excellent and the sandwich really hit the spot! While seating in the lower level is limited, I've learned reading other reviews that there is an outdoor patio and an upper level too. Their website mentions that they run a sundry market here too; however I didn't spend much time shopping in the interest of not stretching my wallet too far during my travels. I also didn't check out the wine cellar in the lower level. While this shop is little, it clearly has a lot to offer, and I am so glad I found it during my visit to Cuyahoga. I'd absolutely stop by again during future visits to the area...and I'd love to time my next visit so I can check out that wine cellar!

Spacious and well decorated inside made you wanna pull up a chair and sit down and have a chat. We both ordered the chipotle wrap. It was delicious flour tortilla lightly grilled with scrambled eggs, thick slice of bacon, hashbrowns, spicy cheddar cheese, and chipotle aïoli sauce, all the ingredients really were nicely blended together, served hot so each bite was pleasurable to my pallet Sis went with watermelon mint lemonade. Black coffee for me, roasted, robust flavor, well balance between acidity and sweetness At my request for some greens to start, they threw together spinach lightly cooked and drizzled with olive oil and it was fantastic. I told them they should add that to the menu and take it up a notch with some toasted hazelnuts and a few dabs of feta Well, I'm from Portland Oregon, a real foodie place. Broken Leag would fit right into the food scene in Oregon. My sis will be back with her family again. Try it - you'll like it!
