I stated I was a walk in and she proceeded to tell me no walk ins after sitting for 20 minutes. I stayed it would have been nice to know that earlier and was told there was a sign out front (news to me) and they can't repeat themselves all day. Sounds like a you problem if you need to continue to repeat yourself and you're signage is inadequate. Never again!

We've gone here for years (3 kids) and have always had a good experience. Last week 2 of the kids…read moreended up with cuts they hate, so I called to ask for someone to clean them up a bit (didn't place blame, said I was happy to pay for it to be fixed). I want to be clear the kids left saying they liked the haircuts (they didn't want to be rude) and my husband really wasn't paying close attention, it was totally on us to speak up but we didn't. When I called and explained, I didn't blame the barber and I offered to pay to have them re-cut, I wasn't confrontational and explained I wasn't mad, but the kids were bummed and didn't actually like how they looked. What lost my business is how he handled this. Didn't listen at all, got super defensive and rude. But it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we ended up at Royal Blendz in Salisbury and the gentleman couldn't have been nicer. I didn't think the haircuts were even fixable, but he made them look great.
