She must have been in the middle of giving a massage. I asked for a gift certificate for my wife and I had to fill out everything but her signature. She didn't seem to speak very much English. Which wasn't that big of a deal. So my wife goes to get her massage and she calls me after, not even an hour after her appt start time, asking if it was a joke. She said the massage didn't last an hour. The lady kept leaving the room and at one point even took a personal call. She even climbed on my wife's back?!?! She guessed her hour long massage was probably only 25 minutes and NOT relaxing AT ALL!! At the end the lady demanding a tip and had to call a translator to request it. My wife being the angel she is, reluctantly gave a tip because she felt pressured to. I cannot believe I pissed away $60 for this pathetic massage! My wife didn't enjoy it and wasn't relaxed! Then was pressured into giving a tip for bad performance. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! We do not need bad businesses in Beaver Dam!!

We ended up making an appointment, although it was for two of us, so we had to go one after each other (she gave us a discount because of that). Although it is nearby several shops, so we went out to explore a little bit while the other person was getting massaged. Other one thing I didn't like was while she was giving the massage, she answered the phone to make other appointments, and ended up putting the phone on my legs afterwards. Near the beginning of the massage the woman used to elbow to get at a "knot" in my mid back, it was very painful and I said it was too hard and said "stop" I even moved my hand back behind me for her to stop. She replied "no, it will feel better when I'm done". Well several hours later tonight I am in much much more pain than when I went in. I looked at my back and it is very bruised which I did not have before going in. If a client tells you to stop because you are hurting them you need to stop!
