She hated the color and not only that her locs looked severely damaged from the process. I spoke with him the next day to express concern regarding the poorly executed color treatment. He was rude, condescending, and defensive. And I'm not going to lie I got spicy with him as well but only due to his lack of professionalism. Had he been honest and forthcoming about his capabilities this could have all been avoided. I would have even been ok had he taken accountability. When you are inexperienced in handling ethnic hair that is loc'd I feel that should have been a conversation. $160 later my daughter walked away with damaged hair, and I had to pay a experienced stylist to correct the issue.
