He sold me a vehicle with the frame so damaged it would be taken off the roads if inspected by authorities. He claimed that he had been working on this vehicle during covid times to keep busy and that the vehicle was in amazing shape despite being old. He had covered the frame with a thick black anti rust so that we wouldn't see the damage on the frame and omitted to mention the locking system of the car had been disabled, making it very complicated to use the rear and back doors. He then denied everything and blamed me for the extreme rust damage on the frame! Incredible. I could have died on the road driving this dangerous truck.

I brought my car in for some minor scratches that I was nonetheless concerned could rust. I also wanted to have the car rust-proofed. In passing, I told the manager, George, that he could go ahead and fix any minor scratches that he thought would be worthwhile, as long as the cost overruns were kept to a minimum. The guys kept my car longer than initially scheduled and the entire process cost a few extra hundred bucks, but when I got my car back it looked brand new. We are talking a 6 year Honda that has criss-crossed the entire continent. They made it look absolutely brand new. For an absolutely pittance, I got a brand new car. Bottom line here is that if you are looking for a fast and dirty service, go somewhere else. But if you want the job to be well done, thorough, and professional, than come to Park Lane Auto Body.
