I was alerted of a previous review of this place that I supposedly posted by a mutual friend that I personally referred to Crystal. My friend pulled up yelp to locate the address and read the review and called and asked me why I would post something so rude. I would like to say that I did not write the previous review my friend alerted me to. Apparently Crystal's former employer.....that I unfortunately dated briefly somehow accessed my yelp account information after Crystal relocated to HeadGames and wrote that nasty review. I think because even after Crystal left I along with 90% percent of their clientele followed her. I find it extremely immature and pathetic that a human could stoop that low, however I supposed I should reflect on my decision making skills considering I used to date the perpetrator. Now on to the real review. First and foremost the salon is immaculate and very hip. People of any age would feel extremely comfortable going there. The staff is super nice and extremely professional. The owner Lynne greets each and every client with a smile and conversation even if she is busy. Crystal has been cutting my hair for over 6 years and I will say without a doubt she is the best stylist I have ever used. I would follow her to China if she left HeadGames. She is is super detail oriented and takes tremendous pride in her work. You never feel rushed when you see her. She sincerely cares about each and everyone of her clients and it always shows in her work and her attitude. This salon rocks and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a change. You will not be disappointed! read more

LOVE me some Crystal!!! She has been doing my hair since she first began learning in barber school. She has become an incredible stylist and has truely grown to be one of the best around in her profession. Her personality is like no other as she is absolutely hilarious and entertaining while she works. She is extremely thorough and makes sure that her clients are happy EVERY time. I think one of the greatest things about her is that she LISTENS to her clients. I have never gone to her and had her try to talk me out of a haircut I had my heart set on, or tell me ok...then cut it HER way no matter what I said. (Y'all ALL know what I'm talking about!!!) She does, however, make suggestions that have never failed to make my idea better since she will customize a style to fit MY hair, rather than the model in the magazine!! Often we don't realize that a "no fix" hairstyle has actually taken a team of people 2 hours to get it right! LOL! I always leave her feeling like a supermodel. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is bubbly and makes every single person she works on feel special. I would follow her anywhere!!!! SOOOOOOO glad she left Social Agenda. UGH! Head Games is a muuuuccchhhh better fit! There are nothing but positive vibes there and you leave feeling relaxed and like you could take on the world! That's the way a salon experience should be!! read more

I totally SUPPORT this salon & LOVE IT!! No attitudes, no drama, extremely relaxed environment, and the chic music inspired theme is awesome! Crystal Williams cuts my hair. I'm never disappointed and she is the only stylist I've ever been completely comfortable going back to. This salon has a warm and welcoming feeling from the moment you open the door and the other stylist are just as talented, friendly, & relaxed. It's nice when you see that there is an even clientele of men and women. It just shows that guys are as comfortable in there as women. HeadGames is just that good! read more

Crystal Williams has been cutting my hair for almost 2 years now. She has gone through both short and long hair styles with me and has done a great job with both. She also colors my hair (all over color with multiple color foils). This is the best my hair has looked, EVER! So naturally, I followed her to Head Games when she moved. I love, love, love her new location! The atmosphere is super relaxed and everyone gets along and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone. She also works well with my 3 year old.....that's talent! read more

I Love Love Love this salon!!! It is a really laid back non-pretentious place. I've been in other salons where I spent tons of money only to be made to feel like they had better things to do. If you are a music lover you will especially appreciate the decor, very cool. The thing that really makes this salon great is how they genuinely make you feel special from the minute you walk in until you leave looking fabulous. read more

Tyler S. is clearly out of his mind. Crystal Williams has been cutting my hair for years....I followed her to Head Games from her previous salon....and she does a fantastic job. She even gave our son his first professional haircut yesterday. If you you don't like the way your hair looks after Crystal is done with it...it's probably because you have an ugly head. She wasn't voted "Best of Jackson 2012" for nothin'. read more

The owner of HeadGames has been my stylest for 26 years which says everything about her ability, her professionalism, and her ability to staff the salon with competent hair dressers. HeadGames is a clean and uncluttered salon and it adheres to the highest sanitary standards. Any negative review of HeadGames is bogus and should be ignored. read more

Headgames is simply the best. I've been going to Lynn for 20 years now. I've lived as far as NYC and still came back to HeadGames to get my hair done. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the world. Keep doing a great job! read more
