I had a truly disappointing experience at this barbershop and feel it's important to share my concerns. I brought my child in for what I thought would be a straightforward haircut, but unfortunately, the service fell far below even the most basic expectations.
The barber, Tim, did a poor job from start to finish. During the cut, I noticed the other barbers laughing, which I now realize was likely at the expense of my child's haircut. To make matters worse, instead of addressing mistakes or fixing the hairline properly, Tim used black spray and liner to create the illusion of a clean cut.
At first, I didn't notice just how bad the haircut was. It wasn't until my child showered later and the spray washed off that I saw the uneven, botched hairline underneath. This level of incompetence is completely unacceptable.
If a barber lacks the skills to provide quality service, they simply should not be working in this profession. What's even more disappointing is the lack of accountability and care for clients. It's one thing to make a mistake; it's another to cover it up with temporary fixes and send someone out the door as if nothing happened.
I trusted this establishment to provide a professional service, but instead, I'm left frustrated and upset that my child's haircut needs to be corrected elsewhere.
