I returned to the store 2 days later to get a refund for the incorrect charges and the lady at the counter said the owner does not permit refunds. I explained that the charge was fraudulent and should be refunded, they still RESUSED TO REFUND THE CHARGE. Trying to support local business and they would not make good on their mistake. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Terrible customer service, I will NOT be shopping there again.

I was visiting Delaware and drove 30 miles in hopes of finding my favorite Nat Shermans. I arrived just in time to find the store had just closed. I waited for the staff to leave and as they were walking out, I told Debra my situation. She was an angel and took the time to reopen the store and they had my blend in stock! They own this place, Head Quarters, Summit High Smoke Shop, and Exhale. They keep leaving fake reviews under their names, or their other business names. The actual real reviews show you how the business actually is. Cheap, fake, broken products and they won't offer ANY refund.
