They also have a beautiful, quiet relaxation room where you can unwind before and after your services. Peyton offered me a complimentary drink and gave me some option. I asked her if they had any non-alcoholic "fancy" drinks. She said they did a prepared a beautiful, refreshing drink and put it in the quiet room for me to enjoy. Milah did my pedicure, and we made a genuine connection while we talked. She did an excellent job refreshing my feet, and I loved that she began the service with aromatherapy. Before she began, she took the time to ask about any problem areas and anything she should be mindful of. The massage room was peaceful, beautifully designed, and filled with soft, calming sounds. The massage itself was incredible, everything I hoped it would be and more. When I was ready to leave a huge downpour came, leaving me in the lobby to wait it out. One of the ladies offered me a poncho! Such an unexpected convenience. I will absolutely be back when I'm able to. The entire experience was relaxing, thoughtful, and restorative from beginning to end. It was the perfect way to celebrate 12 years in recovery.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. At our appointment, we learned while in our robes awaiting our therapists, that only one therapist showed up that day. I let my mom proceed while I worked with the manager, who offered a complimentary future couples massage on a later date. She had me sign my Groupon as "fulfilled," including a $94 service charge and promised a written confirmation via email that my next appointment would be completely free. After several days of follow-up, I finally received written confirmation of the future comped couples massage. When we returned a month later, the massage itself was good--but only lasted 69 minutes instead of the advertised 80. At checkout, I was charged a mandatory 22% "service charge" on top of tip, despite being told previously everything was comped. The service charge I was told doesn't go to the therapists but "covers the facilities." (There was not so much as a sauna in terms of facilities.) The front desk insisted the charge still applied, even though it was never disclosed in the Groupon terms and I had proof that it had been levied in appointment one. The manager who handled my situation was unavailable. I finally just paid it and left, but won't be returning. Between the staffing issue, lack of transparency, 11 unfulfilled yet billed minutes, and inconsistent policies, the experience felt disorganized and misleading. I'd recommend staying away, even with a Groupon.

In a few minutes a stylist stylist came out and called my name. I had never been here before, so didn't know anyone. I followed her back and got a trim, which was fine. I paid with my CC and also had a coupon for new customers. The total was $38 and I put the charge through. I did not do the math right then, but it seemed reasonable. When I came home, I remembered I had already paid $30, so looked at the tkt. They had charged me $80. I called immediately and explained I had just been in and had requested a Jr stylist for $60. The woman said, yes, we got you mixed up with another customer who was also new and had the same name as you. I guess they didn't check our last names. I said I thought I should get a refund for the difference of $20 since it was not fault for the mix-up. She told me she could Not give me a refund, but she could make sure I got the correct stylist next time! I just kept trying to reason with her and she said she'd have someone call me about it. They never did. I thought it was very unprofessional and they obviously don't put a priority on serving customers and ensuring they are happy with the service. there was no effort to reconcile this with me.
