I knew it was going to be an adjustment since I haven't been to a gym in 9 or so years (remember lifetime fitness?). I was worried I wouldn't know how to use the equipment and I would just look silly! That wasn't the case (well maybe I still looked silly but no one cared!). The gym is very clean, up to date, the equipment is friendly to use, towels are provided (cold ones too, which are amazing after breaking a sweat!!). I used my free consultation with Justin and he was wonderful! He pushed me even when I wanted to tap out! I know it was totally worth it and having someone to push you when you want to quit definitely helps! I look forward to going again tomorrow!!
