I have been in pain for many years so as I began experiencing relief for 2 to 3 days after a treatment with Dr. Jai it gave me hope that I can again live a somewhat normal life and do the things that I love to do , instead of sitting or laying down all day & night due to pain. The aesthetics of the office is very serene and calming and their office music is soothing. Please note that they do take other insurances in case you do not have VA healthcare and they also take private pay. Dr. Mei is like the mother-she has a very calm, soothing and nurturing style. Dr. Peter is like the father-quick, to the point but gets the job done. I appreciate both of their techniques. That experience consisted of needles placed throughout my back, a heat lamp for 20 minutes, and some topical cream afterward. Unfortunately, I experienced no noticeable relief. My experience with Dr. Ro was completely different from the very first appointment. She immediately identified my specific pain points and took a much more targeted, hands-on approach to treatment. She uses a combination of techniques, including injections directly into the affected areas, followed by the placement of smaller acupuncture needles that remain in place for approximately 20 minutes. What impressed me most was how individualized and focused her treatment was. Rather than a generalized approach, she concentrated on the areas actually causing my pain. After just seven treatments, I have experienced incredible improvement in my rotator cuff pain. The difference has been remarkable, especially after struggling with this discomfort for so long. I drove an hour to his office. In the parking lot, I see no cars and a closed sign on the door. Dr. Nakamura is a no show!!! He never returned my call when I left a message that I was outside his office waiting for my appointment. I even had a text message the day prior of my appointment time for confirmation. See pic.
