I got the dip done on Friday and the girl tore my fingers up. They were all bleeding when I ieft. I kept telling her it was hurting. She got out the neosporin and put on the bleeding cuts. But continued hitting my cuticles. I should have gotten up and left. I went in today to show the owner and she gave me a refund.Then she told me I also got a deluxe pedicure which I did not. She kept arguing with me. Told me I should have said I wanted the basic. I told her I did! She refused to credit me. read more

I like simple clean regular polish, manicure and pedicures. I don't have any issues with that requisite. When I have a special occasion I will get gel and I've always had a good experience. I have soft nails, I'm a caregiver and my hands are in water daily , so I ask question stay informed. I can't have my nails done every week but I do have them shaped and cleaned, I have been happy with the results. Every one is different and you need to be informed about what you are getting, but I think they are doing a great job. When I had a issue I was taken care of and treated nicely. read more

My husband got a pedicure. His big toe became infected and required a visit to the doctor and an antibiotic. His toe took 4 weeks to heal completely. I do not recommend this place which is now dba Hazel Green Nails. read more

Staff was extremely rude. I made an appointment the day before specifying the ages of the children I was bringing for pedicures; they do not have an age limit on their website. I was told the staff was laughing at me because I brought children younger than 6 in and that "they will just f*ck it up". It seems like he didn't want to spend the time or lose out on more money for a typical kids pedicure. I've been here multiple times and have been satisfied. I just feel that the extra charges are a little unreasonable, and even if they weren't I would appreciate it if the nail tech would make you aware of the extra charges before they do the service. Today I got colorful french tip set and was charged $90. I asked for nothing extra, besides almond shape, which i'm aware is $5 extra, but I am unsure what the other $35 extra was for. My nails are okay, but decently sloppy. I would be okay with them for $55 but not for $90. I wish they were more reasonable with prices, and made you aware of your extra charges. read more

I have been here twice with no issues and was glad when they offered me an 8:15 am appointment two weeks out, but when I showed up for the appointment they were closed. I called their number and the recording says they are closed today (Friday). Very frustrating. I thought I had found my "go to" salon to keep my nails fresh. Super nice staff! Very clean. Huge variety of colors. Nikki is my fav! But I like them all. Never a bad job done by them.

Not only did it take over an hour to even take us for pedicures and a wax they messed up my eyebrows and now they are lopsided and one is thinner than the other do not recommend to anybody pls for the safety of your eyebrows don't go there. The only good thing that happened was my mom and sisters pedicure other than that would not recommend. read more

The place is beautiful, but in my opinion I find that the salon is not big enough for the volume of customers it has. Their customer service is phenomenal, but their work not so much. A young man filed and cut my cuticles- he did a good job, but the older man who did my nails & painted my toes rushed through the process. For starters he didn't even file all my fingernails to ensure they all had the same shape, he was not neat with the application of the gel polish and the top coat is not covering my entire nail. I'm disappointed a place so beautiful would provide such poor work. This place seemed so promising but needless to say I won't be spending my money there anymore read more

I got my nails dipped today and the woman dipped a piece of skin into my nail. I have a hang nail that literally got superglued to my finger. I came in and asked for a manicure but the second that I wanted a dip, they're whole attitude changed. It wasn't about a relaxing treatment but efficiently getting me out the door. Then they charged $45+. (I still tipped) I wanted to have a nice experience and feel nice after and all I feel is frustrated that it looks bad and wasn't relaxing. read more

I'm gonna give this place 2 stars because the prices are way too high for the area. Not all their techs speak English that well. So explaining what you need done someone else has to stop what they are doing to interpret for them. Also my nails started chipping less then a week of getting them done. Don't think I will be back. Originally I loved this salon and was dedicated to it! I wasn't able to go the last 7/9 months due to a short (military) out of town move when I came back and called the salon to schedule a full set and pedicure they told me my nail tech (Tammy) had moved back to Atlanta when I asked for an appointment with her instead of telling me she was now at another salon. They then insisted I make an appointment with another nail tech at their salon, I didn't. I found a cell phone number for Tammy and found out she's working at TIP N TOE on bob Wallace in Huntsville. They will get my business from now on - even if I have to wait weeks. A good nail tech is worth waiting for. read more

Not great for what their prices are. The interior is not as nice as it appears in photos and was not very clean. They have plenty of seating, but I still had to wait 30 minutes for a pedicure--which was mediocre at best. Won't be returning. Very slow... I appreciate a thorough job but at some point it crosses the line to slow and inefficient. read more

Well.. my appointment was at 3:45 and they didn't start on me till 4:30 which is fine because they was busy but my water was cold, other then that I had a great experience really clean place, nice people, and good customer service. There prices are a little high but it's worth it for good work. I'm very picky about smell and I very easily get headaches with smells but you can't really smell the polish or stuff they use which I like very much. I highly recommend this place just say something about the water temperature if it's not to your liking. I give it 4/5 because of the water but hopefully next time is warmer !!! read more
