Master Urbanik is patient, attentive, and has even helped calm my son down during a few meltdowns. My son has some neurodivergent tendencies, and this class has helped him overcome many of his fears, improve his ability to listen and follow instructions, his patience, and build confidence.  He's become much more confident speaking and performing in front of crowds. One thing to be aware of is that masks are required, which is fine especially during cold and flu season, since it helps keep germs under control. I wish I had a better word to describe Randy and his practice, but amazing sums up how great he is with all the kids of all ages. He warned us that our son may not be ready as far as listening skills and offered a trial week so we could both "feel it out". My son has already shown positive changes at home and daycare,taking his time to listen before action, I know that it's going to be nothing but improvement! I also wanted to commend Randy for his patience that only time could have groomed. Instead of getting upset that my son was jumping around and just had too much energy to stay still he turned it positive and let them do kicking exercises.
