After over a year of paying for lawn care, our Bermuda lawn is in significantly worse condition than when they started. I've spent months raising concerns and had a senior technician visit at least five times, only to receive conflicting explanations: not enough water, too much water, aeration, and possible disease. All within a few weeks of each other! Today, Davey told me the issue was "centipede decline." I don't even have centipede grass. If that doesn't raise questions about their ability to properly diagnose a lawn, I don't know what does. After months of complaints, a recovery treatment was finally offered, despite the technician acknowledging that the timing was poor and colder soil would limit its effectiveness. When I requested a refund, Dalton, the manager, acknowledged that failing to offer the recovery program during the summer was an oversight. Yet he refused a refund and instead offered free treatments next spring and discounts on future services. After a year of disappointing results, why would I continue paying a company I've lost all confidence in? I gave them multiple opportunities to address the problem and tried to resolve this directly before leaving a review. The lawn has deteriorated, the explanations have been inconsistent, and management has failed to offer a resolution. Poor results, inconsistent answers, and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable lawn care.
