will begin this post by saying if I could leave no stars I would. I initially called and, was told my first visit would be September 4. At 830 but to arrive by 815. I waited 2 weeks for this first appt. As I arrived to the Dr. Office I receive a call saying the Dr has a medical emergency and would not be able to see me; I was frustrated to say the least ... mainly because I drove 45 minutes to see the Dr. I was rescheduled for Friday at the same appt time. Once again after leaving home and driving 45 minutes I received yet another call saying this time it was a family emergency and the Dr could not see me. The caller actually said to me " I try not to schedule people on Fridays unless I have to ... because the Dr always gets called away " WHAT!???? I am leaving this post in the hopes that others beware of this practice. This is a horrible impression on new potential patients. And, if the Dr has to reschedule due to an emergency an appt should have been offered for the same day at a later time. read more
