The photographer was friendly and explained everything to me. However, when the board displayed 6…read morephotos print for £9 I presumed it applied for all. I wasn't told that I'll only receive 2 photos for that price since the size requirement was bigger. I thought a reputed company like yours is transparent about the costs and services provided. I was very disappointed. All photographers chargers a flat rate for the fixed number of ID or passport photos wherever I've enquired and got mine printed. This was quite shocking and outrageous. I was also told I won't be given a refund if the photos were rejected, only fresh photos would be taken which won't serve the purpose at that time. After I came home, I observed the photos closely, the photographer told me that she changed the background. However, it was cropped out and changed to white and a tiny portion of my dress was taken out due to that edit. I'm sure your photographer should be aware that edits like that aren't allowed on passport photos. The edit is very obvious when looked closely. I wrote to customer service which never responded.
