I don't even want to give this guy 1 star.... Do not use him. He spent maybe 1/2 hour on inspection. He doesn't have you there during the inspection, I believe so that you won't know how little time he actually takes..... took 2 photos and a measly 20 page report. Spent 10 minutes going over it..... and then when I called him out on my disappointment, he acted like he was the hero for nothing the roof needed replacing. He then proceeded to tell me it had 2 more years of life and quoted 14000$. Only to be wrong on both..... There is so much more..... But the saddest thing about him..... he didn't care that I wasn't satisfied with his service....Didn't care about the insecurity that was created by his inspection. And shame on me for not reading previous reviews..... I brought those up to him. He didn't care. Very arrogant couple running this joke of a business! The couple entered my home to conduct an inspection for the buyers. It was rainy and muddy when they came in and neither one removed their dirty shoes. The wife, sat her dirty bag and computer on my dining table and started taking orders from her husband. I moved here in November. His inspection report indicated on every page "further inspection or repairs needed". Mind you, this was during the THICK of the pandemic. Turns out, electrical is bad. Sub floor is rotten. House is unlevel. He noted "minor drywall problems". There are holes in the drywall, doors, and beams. The doors don't close. The flooring does not meet the walls. There are holes that rats can get in. I would not give him even one star, not one cloud, dirt clod or speck of sand. DO NOT USE THIS DUDE. Seriously. read more

Do I have to give one star? I would not recommend this guy for any inspections. The few folks that gave a good review are either paid to do them or they just got lucky. Must have just given the house a cursory glance, because he missed some BIG problems that are really obvious.

Single worst home inspection I've ever had. Missed easily 50-100,000 in repairs. Took 3 photos of the entire home, I flew up from out of state to be here for the inspection, inspector showed up 45 minutes early and when I arrived said the inspection was all done and told us he had to go and couldn't leave us in the home alone. Was recommended by my agent but I can't even find this guy's license active anywhere. I can't believe how horrible of a job these people do I can't even begin to explain the extent of how bad of an inspection this was. Roof shingles weren't to code, said there was no earth-wood contact when it's present everywhere in the home, missed unfinished drywall all over the place, didn't check the electrical at all, and so much more. Stay far away from these people if you're buying a home. I wish I had looked them up before I accepted them these people are solely responsible for how terrible of a time I've had with this purchase. You get home inspections for a reason, and these people were of no help at all. read more

Brad was amazing to work with! We were able to schedule our inspection within the time frame we needed. He was professional and gave us great advice. He took tons of pictures and covered every inch of the house. The inspection was decently priced too compared to other inspectors in the area who charge extra to check for things like dry rot. If we ever need another inspection in the Coos Bay/Myrtle Point area I will definitely go with him again! read more
