I couldn't do my dishes or cook without causing extreme discomfort. After going to the ER, numerous medical & specialist visits, someone suggested going to a chiropractor. I did my research, found ChiroLouie, called and got in the same day. My condition was so bad when I first came in, I cried at home most days and was losing hope. ChiroLouie listened, understood and got to work. When I stood up after my very first session, I could hardly believe what just happened. Immediate relief. Of course I still had some pain but I went from like a 10 to a 4. It was incredible. After no help from so many medical visits for months, all I needed was ChiroLouie. I was ignored, Ortho told me I had lung cancer bc of back pain, was told I would need neck surgery, was given carpal tunnel surgery and was even told it was in my head. Absolutely no one was helping & all I could do was lay there day after day in intense pain. To sum it up, sitting at a computer working for years, with possible bad ergonomics, can cause some issues. I'm able to do so much more now. I am happier, feel better overall & it's all thanks to ChiroLouie! I appreciate him so much. He listened, was understanding, patient and provided helpful information. I got my life back because of him! Thank you!

Dr. Patrick has a special table with head rests that allows you to lay face down while he adjusts the neck efficiently, comfortably, and safely. I can't believe that other offices use those tools that do not work on me. I know they are valuable in some instances, but I don't need them. No problem. Dr. Patrick only refers to them in special cases when they are necessary. Can't make an appointment and keep it? I have a problem with that. His is a walk-in clinic. I love it. Dr. Ferguson does all of this and more. He is skilled, not only in chiropractic, but in many aspects of health and medicine. He answers all of my questions, without ever making me feel rushed, and gives me expert advice that has helped me in areas that no other medical provider has. His support and encouragement has led me to be able to better advocate for myself, which will lead me to life-changing pain relief and overall mental health improvement. His adjustments are much different than others I have received from other chiropractors; he works with the tissues as well as the joints, and I feel lasting relief each time. I am particularly impressed by the decrease in my migraines. I can't say enough good things about my experience. The ladies at the front desk are also very caring and take the time to get to know each patient. I walk out feeling better every single time. I highly recommend Excel Chiropractic! Final note: If having a "chiropractic plan" is a turn off for you, I highly recommend giving this a chance. Even if it hasn't worked for you in the past, or you're skeptical of the number of visits, there is hard evidence that there are many benefits to this process. Do your research and ask questions! The doctors at Excel are more than happy to educate.

After seeing Dr. Horak for about a week, my pain started to drastically subside. Knowing that lasting change takes time (since it takes a lot of time for the condition to cause pain of this severity), I continued for a few more weeks. After about my third week, I had no pain while driving, walking, bending over, or even performing SQUAT OR DEADLIFT! I now see Dr. Horak on a consistent basis to keep myself healthy and in-line as a maintenance treatment so that I will always feel my best! Part 2: I am currently a college graduate on my way to pursue a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I have shadowed MANY chiropractic doctors, and after receiving adjustments from Dr. Horak, I decided to study under him for some time. Never in all of my shadowing hours (I've done a lot of them) have I met a chiropractor so compassionate towards his patients, so committed to seeing lasting change in his adjustments, and so passionate about what he does every single day. Throughout our time together, we consistently talked about how to engage in an empathetic way with all who walk through the door, how to apply knowledge learned in school and through experience to diagnose and treat every unique patient, and how to make treatment accessible to all who need it. If you are leery about seeing a chiropractor, I can assure you, it is because you're not seeing DR. HORAK! He is a truly amazing man, and an OUTSTANDING chiropractor.

She had no X-rays I don't believe she looked at my information she asked a few questions then proceeded to press a spot on my arm and lift it twice each side. Then out the door I went. One appointment after the arm lifts she used an instrument popped it in random spots on my back and I was done. She gets you out the door and ushers in the next person sitting in the chairs outside of the office. If you only want to have the "Softwave" done she will tell you without doing her side (the so called chiropractics)it may not work. This is strange considering I was having "Softwave" done to my knee and she was doing lame arm lifts to my arms. When I requested not to do her side she had me go in her office and she proceeded to aggressively tell me I had to do both sides. She also said I didn't have to pay for her side of it, if I continued with both sides. What and offer! I am sure this offer was don't pay my co-pay but she will charge my insurance. At one of my visits the receptionist was unsure of my co-pay Larson the owner/chiropractor yelled out of her office to the receptionist it was $60. I looked at my insurance card and it said $50. I told the receptionist it was $50. Larson came out of her office, took the $60 cash I had and did not offer me my change. I said are you going to give me my change or are you going to keep it for toward my next visit? She looked offended and said next time and walked off. People are ushered through the two offices like cattle. Not enough time between people to wipe things down. Didn't see any cleaning wipes in her office to wipe anything down.
