Southwest Chiropractic Big Rip Off and the owner is…read morehorrible. Assemble line chiropractics is what she does. I don't think my appointments with her went over 8 mins even the first visit. She had no X-rays I don't believe she looked at my information she asked a few questions then proceeded to press a spot on my arm and lift it twice each side. Then out the door I went. One appointment after the arm lifts she used an instrument popped it in random spots on my back and I was done. She gets you out the door and ushers in the next person sitting in the chairs outside of the office. If you only want to have the "Softwave" done she will tell you without doing her side (the so called chiropractics)it may not work. This is strange considering I was having "Softwave" done to my knee and she was doing lame arm lifts to my arms. When I requested not to do her side she had me go in her office and she proceeded to aggressively tell me I had to do both sides. She also said I didn't have to pay for her side of it, if I continued with both sides. What and offer! I am sure this offer was don't pay my co-pay but she will charge my insurance. At one of my visits the receptionist was unsure of my co-pay Larson the owner/chiropractor yelled out of her office to the receptionist it was $60. I looked at my insurance card and it said $50. I told the receptionist it was $50. Larson came out of her office, took the $60 cash I had and did not offer me my change. I said are you going to give me my change or are you going to keep it for toward my next visit? She looked offended and said next time and walked off. People are ushered through the two offices like cattle. Not enough time between people to wipe things down. Didn't see any cleaning wipes in her office to wipe anything down. If you want assemble line chiropractics with no choices of how you receive your care this is the place. Now you know pass it around.

Dr Bob Crow and the NuSpine team is changing the chiropractic industry in Lincoln and I highly…read morerecommend trying them out for your next adjustment. You will be as impressed as I was (still am)!!! The NuSpine team took their time and evaluated my situation each time I walked in the door. Dr Crow never once told me that I needed to come back several times per week, he recommended I see him again on an as needed basis. Oddly enough...he was right!! He did what NEEDED to be done to correct my back/neck. NuSpine followed up with me to see how I was feeling and there was never any pressure to constantly return. I have been to several chiropractors in Lincoln but not a single one made me feel like I was more than a $$ maker. I seemed to receive the same adjustments no matter where was issue was. The only thing I was getting out of the other places was some fancy relaxation with electric stimulation before my adjustment that was done on every patient. Another perk of NuSpine is that you can actually pay less than using insurance. With my plan, I was paying 25.00 each visit. At NuSpine, I get 4 visits for 50.00 or I could choose one of their other options. PLUS, I can submit to my FSA.

My blood circulation is so much better because I've gotten a proper manipulation that has increased the flow of blood through my spine. I do not feel disoriented or dizzy since the adjustment. Dr. Patrick has a special table with head rests that allows you to lay face down while he adjusts the neck efficiently, comfortably, and safely.
