Please read Stephen K.'s review because it is exactly what I was going to write.
My disappointment with Havana Den Haag was that there was not a single Cuban working at this restaurant. Not one could say a word in Spanish. Since I've been thinking of traveling to Havana, Cuba I thought this was a sign that I should heed. So we agreed to enter.
The people who were eating outdoors, weren't many. That should've have been a signal to keep walking by to find another restaurant but I thought since the weather was a bit cold the lack of a crowd outside was normal.
Before we entered this restaurant I saw a sign on the door asking you to like them on Facebook. Now that's hutzpah, at least use the word "please" like us on ...
We were seated between two tables that were a bit too close to each other and next to a table with only women who were enjoying the company of their friend who was going to marry a man they claimed was a good man. I told them to tell her the truth if they changed their mind about how good this future husband would be.
The menu looked like a copy of a Mexican Taco restaurant. I asked for a soup and told her to bring everything else we had ordered. We waited as we conversed, and waited for the food to arrive. It was so long the wait, we could take pictures and play with the exposures, go to the bathroom, return to converse, and wait.
The waitress finally came over to tell me to make my decision. Excuse me, but never have I been forced to eat or order what I don't like. The waitress was taken aback by my response.
I decided to walk over to the bar to order beer! A local beer and a bruschetta. I had almost finished the beer when I asked another waitress if making a simple appetizer took so much time and effort to make?
The Fajitas were regular, and the check verifies it is as well. [1 Fajitas Regular 1p 16.90]
1 Groenteseop vega 4.00, 1 Groentesoep 4.50, 1 Leffe ...3.90, 1 Bruschetta 3.90.
This is basically a pub... Interesse in een cocktail workshop of menu's door groepen?
