When I first contacted Dawn she was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She even gave tips on how to have a more professional site and what I needed to provide her with so that she could update as needed. After several months I decided I wanted a new website that would be cohesive to my social media and add other features. When I contacted her to find out how to upgrade she gave me the exact instructions of what to do. All I needed to do was follow a link she gave me, pick a template I loved, and let her know what I wanted. Once I did that, she made it so easy to switch over. It was incredibly affordable to upgrade and I feel like she actually cut herself short in the fees she charged me to do all the extra work. Honestly, I don't think she knows her own worth as it would have been hundreds of dollars more had I gone another route. Now that I have my new website, I wanted to learn how to do my own updates and make changes myself so I didn't always have to get in touch with her or pay additional fees for her work (even though quite affordable). She happily gave me steps on how to make changes and do things I never thought I'd learn to do. After playing around with the site myself and feeling quite proud of the work I've done I was super frustrated with other aspects I just couldn't figure out. I reached out to Dawn yet again (I'm sure she's sick of me at this point) and told her I needed help! Well instead of her just doing it for me, she literally taught me how to do it! Who does that? She seriously went above and beyond to help me and now I know how to do things that without her I would have never ever, never known. All this and she wouldn't even allow me to pay her! I'm feeling extremely grateful for Dawn and everything she's done to get me my website exactly how I'm wanting it. I'm probably one of the most pickiest people you'll ever meet so I know I'm not an easy client. But she's always so patient and willing to help.
