The first person we contacted wanted payment up front and sent all the wrong vibes. I then contacted Champion, and Kathy immediately put my mind at ease. I could tell she was confident about the project and let me know how long they had been in business which is quite impressive. So the move day comes and Tony shows up right on time. Also had an air of confidence about him. He quickly surveyed the job site and proceeded to set up. The island arrived just as he was finishing up and he and the bbq team proceeded to rig the island. Within minutes the island was in the air, up and over a large canary palm tree and down in to my courtyard. He patiently let us spend some time positioning it and then set it down. He even craned out the very heavy pallets needed for the job. A+++

Two weeks into my trip I was in Wyoming and went through a little rainstorm where the roof leaked through the vents so I had to turn around and go back to California for repairs. Next I got to Colorado and went through another storm, this time it was leaking leaking in the front right corner, again went back to California to have it repaired. As I got to Florida, it was still leaking which caused $5000 worth of interior damage. When I contacted these guys to see if they were willing to help me pay for the damage because of the faulty installation of the roof that has been leaking since day one. no was the answer I received. They put a refrigerator in for me that hasn't worked properly since installation, keeps tripping the circuit, so they gave me a wire with a clip on each end for a bypass on the circuitry to keep the refrigerator running. The awning was the only thing that was installed properly. I know that there's not a lot of choices on where to be able to get an RV repaired but if you can avoid this place, I would.
