PT staff helpful, but only after having continued knee issues did I realize there was very little analysis or review of my personal situation, and those issues (I believe) not considered during surgery. Also information after surgery not as thorough as before surgery. Would have been nice to know what can or can't be done with replacement - like you're not supposed to run with knee replacement, can you kneel on the replacement, and what I was originally told " you will be able to return to normal activity in three months" can change to " it takes up to a year to heal" when the replacement does not go as expected. I still hold out hope with PT and working out, my knee issues will resolve. Plan on losing 3-6 months to a year of your life recovering before returning to normal activities. It's not an easy surgery.

He was cautious with his recommendations re weight-bearing, his follow-up appointments were right on time (nice, considering we had to use a Medi-Van. His staff was courteous and professional. He gets 5 Stars from me. She was released today after her second appointment....60 days after surgery. No pain since about 3 weeks after surgery. He'd be my guy if I ever broke my hip. The front desk staff and the PT reviewed my doctor's notes and told me the visit would be "a hundred-something dollars" billed to insurance, with me responsible for 20%. Based on that, I agreed to proceed. Instead, they billed my insurance $360, leaving me with a much higher out-of-pocket cost. When I called billing, the manager said I must have misunderstood and claimed they don't give estimates, refused to check with the staff who gave me the quote, and told me to contact my insurance. I was also warned the balance could be sent to collections. This felt like a bait-and-switch, and the customer service was very disappointing. I won't be returning and recommend getting everything in writing before starting treatment. They billed 3 codes for every 15 min spent there, Therapeutic Procedures 97112- $126, Neuromuscular reeducation 97112 $70 & Therapeutic activities 97530- $162.00. Turns out it was what I had thought and was extremely severe. They sent me to do PT at a location which didn't have any actual PT appointments open for 3 months... But they allowed me to do a initial appointment to get a screening done which cost $140. Just to find out later that they just recommend I go somewhere else because they have no appointments, but of course you need a screening anywhere you go, so that was $140 down the drain. The final straw for me leaving this review is how hard they make it to get your own medical records. Their website says you can call their phone number which is just a robot which claims to call you back in 1 hour, but it was 3 days for me. Just to tell me you can only do it online and they charge you $6.50 to get your own test results, which I already paid to have done... Absolute scam of a practice. Stay Away.

If you don't need surgery you are corralled into pt which I'd previously done with n little attention and no results. Did X-ray and no mri yet stated i had a mri. Very sloppy diagnosis and almost no attention and no physical exam. Stay away unless you want hip replacement. Care quality is poor. Attention to detail non existent.
