Awful!!!! I visited this nail bar on Saturday 2nd September 2017 and it was the worst experience of my life.
I was in a rush and asked how long my wait would be. Someone replied '5 minutes'. I wouldn't be able to tell you who it was because I had no eye contact from any of the staff. 20 minutes later, a member of staff saw to me. But I wasn't at one of the tables. I was sitting on a tiny chair while she stuck my acrylics on. These were stuck on while my hands were on her lap.... not a table. To me, this is very unprofessional.
Next, I got the most moody man ever!! Not once did he say hello, you okay or try to have a conversation with me. I think the only words he said to me were 'what colour'.
Throughout the time he was doing my nails, he was pulling on my hands to bring them closer to him, not once asking me to move them closer to him. He was bending my fingers in ways which they cannot bend. Also, when he was filling down my acrylics, he was catching my skin. Now I have cuts on my fingers. I twitched a couple of times as he really did hurt me and he just looked at me. Didn't apologise or anything.
Two hours later, after he completed my nails and they were drying under something which is called a 'quick dryer', (very untrue) he decided to start to roll a cigarette right in front of me at the table. He went out the back obviously to smoke his cigarette and I didn't see him again. He then left me under the dryer for 25 minutes before his colleague told me that they were dry.
The staff in here are very rude and I would not be going here ever again. There is smokething called customer service and this place does not have it.
Two days later, I have looked st my nails and they were not worth that sort of money! They are all bent and look awful. I am meant to go on holiday tomorrow with horrible looking nails.
