I would not recommend anybody to use this supplier. Having…read morebrowsed through K & A Electrical's (electricshop.ie) website and read about the excellent service which they claimed to provide, I placed an order for a panini maker. I placed the order at 9.39am on Thursday for next day delivery and waited all day Friday for my parcel to arrive, but no sign of the parcel and no communication from the supplier. At 10.10am on Monday, I phoned the supplier to ask about my parcel and the person I was speaking to, didn't seem to have a clue. He asked for my number and said he would phone back in five minutes. After waiting an hour for the phone call, I once again phoned the supplier and a very abrupt lady told me that Aidan was dealing with it and he was out of the office. She said she would contact him and call me back, which she did, but only to tell me that the item was out of stock. It would have saved me a lot of trouble if this firm who claim to provide excellent customer service had updated their website or even contacted me to say the item was no longer in stock, and I could then have bought one elsewhere. Now I have to wait for them to refund my PayPal payment so that I can purchase the item from a reputable supplier.
