She told us that only one machine was fixed and it would cost us $240 for the one machine. After I refused to pay this exorbitant amount (especially given that the other machine was missing and still apparently being repaired 9 months later) she became extremely rude towards me and insisted I leave the premises. I have never dealt with such an incompetent and arrogant businessperson. DO NOT ever take your machine here to be repaired if you want it back. Avoid dealing with this woman at all costs.

This was the WORST experience i have ever had and the sales there were SHOCKINGLY RUDE! I will never return to this store and i recommend NO ONE GET THEIR KNIVES SHARPENED THERE! After waiting 5 months for a custom made towel rail and high mount cistern (we were advised of a 12-14 week lead time) we were told 1 week before project completion that they did not have these items and had no idea when they would be available. I spoke with the owner of the company many times prior to needing these items on site with different ETA date given every time. He gave the worst customer service and was not helpful at all. I would never order products from this company again due to this poor communication and service from the owner - I can't quite understand how he is still in business. They also sold products which are not certified in Aus so do your homework before ordering. Great products but not worth the head ache - very disappointed.
