The recyptionist is wonderful to talk with, she did not rush through my call and was able to get me in super quick. I was a few min late bc it's a little hard to find if your not from around here, but I was still seen in a timely manner. The dental assistant was a sweet heart and talked me through every thing she was doing. Best cleaning I've ever had. I was relaxed the whole time. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Already set up a visit for my toddler as wall as another cleaning for myself.

Specifically, Lauren and Amber were so good with them and even hung out with them in the lobby when they couldn't come in the x-ray room with me. They treat the whole family there with one side being dedicated to adults and the other side treating only children. My three-year-old loves getting her "treat token" for being good and using it to get a bouncy ball on the way out. I think that's the only reason she cooperates! All the staff have been very friendly. I've only had one acute (non-routine) visit and they got me worked in super fast. Dr. Brad Adams is genuinely very nice and I feel comfortable in his care. The practice is very modernized (my previous dentist was still paper charting) and very clean. I highly recommend!

When you push on the task bar there are no parts or pages it takes you to. They wanted me to print off paperwork for her visit but neglected to tell me that the paperwork was in a 24 hour porthole. What?? I had to make the appointment two months ago so I was just counting on the fact that the paperwork they sent me was in an appropriate e-mail with an attachment to print. Oh well. I also never received an appointment reminder. I'm glad that I wrote down the time and day of the appointment. Unfortunately I don't have the healthiest teeth, but she is determined to help me maintain my smile and assures me I will not lose my teeth. And, I believe her. She is a perpetual student and she has "all the things" at her reach to diagnose and provide the best care. Sitting in her chair is a sigh of relief compared to other dentists I have encountered. I can't tell you how much she has done for me... a little hand holding in rough times. She's super intelligent with nothing to prove. Her office is very relaxed, but with a lot of work put in to maintain an effortless atmosphere. Her staff is genuinely happy which says a lot.
