Been coming here off and on for roughly the last year and although I've wanted to drop a review, I've wanted to try a few other spots in the area. I can happily report this is by far the best. The food. It features all the best and most popular dishes. Really creamy Kormas, vibrent Bhuna and a punchy but tasty Vindaloo. Personal favourite is the tandoori chicken. It's a HUGE portion and just has a spice blend rub that I'm sure I won't find anywhere else. The poppadoms on entry and massive, crispy and more-ish. But this place has the naan bread down! It's fluffy, chewy and soaks up all the goodness we all know and love. Yes the food is good here but it's really winning point is the service. The staff are like your best friends, welcoming accommodating and will bend over backwards for you. A couple of visits ago I went with a friend who ordered strongbow cider. They didn't have it on the menu, so they run out quickly (whilst giving us free poppadoms to apologise) and came back with a heap of strongbow just for them. Amazing, and in sure you won't get that elsewhere. Price, food and service are all on point here and it's also very close to a heap of pubs for those pre (or post) curry beers. Poifect!!

Stopped by while on the studio tour, and it's just ok! They just have burgers, hotdogs, and fries,…read moreso we decide to get 2 orders of fries to share amongst our group because it's at the halfway point, and we were getting a little hungry. It was perfect to just nibble on and sit for a second before continuing to the second part of the tour. There's ample seating so it's great for groups as well. Even if you're not planning on getting something to eat, it's a nice meeting point for everyone and there's a bathroom there as well. We saw a ton of people who brought food from home and ate it there too. Everyone working there was super kind, the service was fantastic and lines weren't long at all. I do want to emphasize though that our tour time was the first of the day, so it was around 11 AM that we got to this cafe, therefore the wait times could definitely be longer. Again, there's nothing bad about the cafe, there just isn't anything that great (besides the service) either. I HIGHLY recommend waiting until the end of the tour, there's a much bigger quick service restaurant there that has a lot more options.

It was busy with plenty of families and kids running around. You order and pay at the counter, then wait on your number to come up for your food. Food was better than I expected it to be. Most of the people I was with didn't like their food. There was a vegan chili dog that was said to be horrible. The vegan burrito was said to be not good at all. I had the vegan chili loaded fries which I thought was fairly good and filling. I guess the right combination of ingredients hit. The cheddar, sour cream, and spring onions on top of the chili helped it out. I would definitely recommend this for the non meat eaters out there. The butterbeer was cool. It was nothing fantastic or out of the ordinary. It was like cream soda with a slight hint of butterscotch. It was selling hard. I guess people have to try it out of curiosity and I didn't think most people will hate it.

Went here with the boyff and my dad for lunch the day after Boxing Day…read more It was relatively busy with two large groups. We picked our table and sat down, the waiter seemed a bit short/abrupt initially but then he was fine. We picked our food. Starters were Minced lamb koftas, flat mushroom with cheese and mixed veg and filo pastry parcels with feta cheese and spinach. Dad was impressed with his mushroom and said it was "very good indeed", the lamb "yeah it was nice, standard" and the parcels were fair enough, although the salad bed they were on looked like the lettuce had been left out over night. For the mains, 2 x Tuna peppered steaks and 1 x chicken shish. The tuna was good enough the men said although it was just a piece of fish and weird it was served with frozen chips that had been cooked in fat. There was no veg/salad with the tuna. Chicken shish was good and cooked very well. We ordered extra sides humus and tzatziki - wasn't over then moon with either of them to be fair. Bread was delicious though. So, all in all, good starters, average/fair mains, blurg sides. Service ended up being good by the end. Would go back but wouldn't trample the masses to get there.

When it comes to the food, the only thing I have to say about it is if it wasn't for the passing traffic and houses outside the window I would think I'm eating somewhere in the mediterranean, the chefs have captured the taste well, and on every visit to Isot feels like a trip to the mediterranean. A note on their good selection of wine also needs a mention. All-in-all Isot is a place that attracts me and my family a few times a week happily.
