I got a medium because while I was in the line I thought the scoops of dough looked kind of small, but actually because the dough is so rich I really regretted it! I should have gotten a small, because it was pretty hard to get through the medium. But I persevered because I paid €4 for that dough! Granted, neither am I when I am in a new country and not speaking the native tongue, but usually at least bartenders start chatting with me. Last night, all that changed! I made new friends and the bartenders were great. They had a nice selection of wines and patiently poured me a few samples before picking the one I preferred. They kept the drinks coming quickly. They also have bar snacks including hard boiled eggs, apparently quite popular with the Dutch! This was definitely a local spot and I'm told that Meent is a really up and coming area.

You'll get unlimited hot water refills. For the normal high tea, each platter will have five different loose leaf tea containers, two types of salads, breads, bread spreads (e.g. jam, herb, and hummus), two types of yogurt, red velvet cake, banana bread, brownies, and energy balls. I enjoyed a lot of the foods. I really like the fresh bread and their spreads, the salads, banana cake, and red velvet cake. I thought that the yogurt was a bit tart and the brownie was very sweet.
