My entire experience here was pretty smooth. I called up as a new patient and was given an…read moreappointment for the following week. I showed up and was helped and seen right away. Dr. Seidel speaks English, as does at least one member of his staff. The office is small, but clean. The entire appointment took maybe 15 minutes from beginning to end. The only complaint is that they billed me directly instead of my insurance, which means I have to do the extra legwork of writing my insurance company and forwarding the bills. But it's a minor inconvenience, really. If you're looking for an English-speaking ENT, check this place out.
